Guidelines

The speed limit is 10 mph throughout the grounds.
For your protection and that of others, you are required to sit on towels while nude.
Use of illegal drugs, fireworks, and drunkenness is prohibited at and around Two Creeks Campground, as is theft, vandalism, and any other illegal activities. By being on Two Creeks' property, you further give the campground and it's agents the right to remove any illegal substance including alcohol from my possession. Management will report to and cooperate with all authorities if illegal substances are found anywhere on the grounds, including private residences.
Smoking marijuana is NOT permitted in public at Two Creeks Campground marijuana (including medical marijuana) must not be done in public. Absolutely no growing of marijuana anywhere on the campground property.
Pets must be kept on a leash, away from common areas, and quiet at all times. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR OWN PET! Limit of two pets. DO NOT PUT PET WASTE IN THE PORTA POTTIES OR TOILETS. PLEASE PUT THE WASTE INSIDE THE DUMPSTER IN THE CITY.
In order to preserve everyone's privacy, photos may be taken ONLY by resort approved photographers. If you're taking photos, it must take the photos inside your cabin, tent, camper and the like. Anyone caught taking photos will be asked to leave the campground.
We are all adults here!!! No means NO!!! (no explanation needs to be given as to why you said no It would be nice, but it's not required or should you be coerced to give an explanation as to why you said no). When outside of your private camper, cabin, etc., please use common sense when expressing sexual desires and wants with other consenting adults. If you're unsure, keep your sexual expression private.
Butt cans are provided for smokers. Please do not throw butts on the ground. The club house, rest rooms, and showers are for everyone. Please keep them clean. Make sure lights are out if you are the last one to leave.
THE CAMPGROUND DOES NOT OWN ANY HOT TUBS OR POOLS. THEY ARE ALL PRIVATE. You must contact the lease holder(s) to have permission to use them. If the lease holders are not on the campground they cannot give you permission to use it. The lease holder(s) with a pool or hot tub must be present on their site when others are using them. The campground is not responsible for you using such private equipment. However, USE at your own risk. YOU MUST GO BY THE RULES SET BY OWNER(s) OF THE HOT TUB OR POOL .
We are all adults here trying to Enjoy The Freedom of Two Creeks. Please use your common sense. Conflicting parties are not allowed during Two Creeks' events, No loud or profane language will be allowed.

Quiet times: Use your common sense. If they can hear it outside of your lot/site that's probably too loud. If your neighbors ask you to turn it down, please do so. Respect your fellow campers!!!!

Every cell phone is a camera and they cannot be used outside of your private campsite, except in the designated WIFI area to text or make a call. Do not take random photos of yourself or others outside of your private area. If you're caught doing so, you may be asked to leave immediately. If you truly need to use your cell phone, do it in the WIFI area and do not point it up. Keep it down. Thank you!!!
Members/Residents who bring guests are responsible for their conduct and any fees or charges left unpaid. ALL GUESTS must be registered and checked in at the front gate before entering the campground.
Do not conduct business, sell, or offer to sell any merchandise or services on the resort grounds without permission of the management. Please note, we have a no tolerant policy on this. If you're caught doing this YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE CAMPGROUND. DO NOT DO IT!!!
Anything that endangers your own or other's safety is prohibited. If you bring unwarranted attention to the privacy and safety of the campground, you'll be asked to leave, immediately, without a refund.

Two Creeks Garbage Disposal Policy

All garbage/trash must be disposed in the five trash dumpsters located on the West side of South Campground before you leave or take home if trash dumpsters are full.  All garbage must be placed inside the dumpsters, unless they are full.  If they are full, you must take your garbage/trash home with you.  Please do not put any trash next to your lot/site or outside the dumpsters.  Lessee is also responsible to make sure that your guests are aware of this policy.  The lessee is responsible should their guest violate this policy.  Paper plates, cups, cans, etc., used at Bare’s Den, Picnic Pavilion, or at similar structures may be placed in the trash bins provided in those areas. Prohibited Items in Dumpsters/Actions The items listed below cannot be placed in the dumpster, and must be removed from the campsite by the attendee/camper. Tires of all kinds Furniture of all kind .. i.e. mattresses, lawn chairs, couches, etc. Large Boxes over 2 feet by 2 feet wide… i.e. boxes for grills, chairs, etc. Flammable material such as ashes from grills, car oil, cooking oil/grease, gas, car batteries, gun powder Any excessively heavy items, i.e. stones, rocks, grates, iron materials etc. Computer equipment, i.e. monitor, cpu Refrigerators, stoves, or any large appliances Barbeque Grills Air Conditioners Automotive, ATV, Snowmobile and Motorized parts, i.e. motors, oil, filters, fan Golf Cart Seats and Equipment Putting your regular garbage/trash in the trash bins at Bare’s Den, Picnic Pavilion or similar structures. Any materials management deems to be not regular garbage/trash
•We expect that you will use the camp dumpsters for camp garbage. This includes the trash you put into your kitchen and bathroom garbage cans.
•If you get a new grill, your old grill and the packages from your new grill go home with you.
•If you have a package delivered here the boxes and the packaging, go home with you.
•If you did not produce it in your kitchen or bathroom, it goes home with you.
•Please use only white kitchen garbage bags, or smaller.
•Exceptions will be made when necessary. Please see management if an exception applies to you.
Penalties For Violating Above Policy First offense: $200 fine, to be paid immediately, material must be removed and/or violations corrected. Second offense: $500 fine to be paid immediately to Two Creeks Campground, material must be removed and/or violations corrected Third offense: Violator lease will be terminated at Two Creeks Campground immediately without refund. Violator must exit property within one hour after third violation penalty is assessed.
No bottles are allowed outside of your campground. That means you cannot take it to an event, or a public area. If you're caught with a bottle outside of your camp site, you may be fined up to $100. We don't want to do this, so to make it easy, just don't. Thank you!!!
You are an adult and fully aware of the risks involved and hazards connected with sexual activity, camping, canoeing, tubing, including but not limited to broken bones, drowning, sexual diseases, and you (the attendee at Two Creeks) hereby elect to voluntarily participate in said activity with full knowledge that said activity may be hazardous to you and your property. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, or any loss or damage to property owned by you as a result of being engaged in such an activity, whether caused by the negligence of campground or otherwise.
